How do I restore my ad-free purchase?

Open the shop in the app and tap “Restore purchases”. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases go through Apple or Google, so only they can refund them: Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play via the order history in your Google account.

Do I lose my progress if I delete the app?

Yes. Levels, block points and settings are stored only on your device. You can get the ad-free purchase back with “Restore purchases”.

How do I turn off the daily reminder?

In the app under Settings → Daily reminder, or in your device's notification settings.
